The process to evaluate the meeting and claim CME/CE credit or request a Certificate of Attendance (COA) is now open. And, while the live sessions have ended, all registered attendees will have continued access to the meeting platform until October 1, 2022—with the opportunity to claim CME/CE credit until December 15, 2022, at 11:59 pm CT.
- Take the CHEST 2021 Evaluation (you will be prompted to sign in).
- Once completed, select the “Claim Credit” link or go to the Claim CME page on chestnet.org.
- To complete the claiming process, use the “Ready to Claim” button next to the “CHEST 2021” activity under “CE/CME Eligible Activities” and follow the prompts. You’ll be able to select the type of credit you’d like to claim, or request a COA, on the final popup screen.
