The diverse educational curriculum at CHEST 2021 will offer something for every attendee, whether their practice is focused on pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, or sleep medicine.
The CHEST 2021 program includes three special sessions looking at some of the innovative ways cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, are being used in chest medicine.
This year’s sessions related to COVID-19 capitalize on months of research and clinical experience, said CHEST 2021 Scientific Program Committee Vice-Chair Subani Chandra, MD, FCCP.
“We want trainees to find in CHEST a platform to experience lifelong learning in education, as well as meaningful networking,” said Mauricio Danckers, MD, FCCP.
The plenary session The Future Is Present: Immersive Virtual Reality in Medical Education will offer a look at a recent VR pilot program developed by CHEST.
At the Annual Meeting of the Fellows, FCCPs have the opportunity to vote on the incoming College Board of Regents slate and receive updates on key CHEST activities.
