Relax and recharge at the CHEST 2023 Wellness Zone

Relax and rejuvenate between sessions at CHEST 2023 by stopping by the Wellness Zone in the convention center.

Soothing massages, healthy food demonstrations, and mindful meditation sessions will provide a respite amid the bustling meeting. Daily lectures from speakers—including nutritionist, fitness expert, and author, Andrea Metcalf—will cover a variety of wellness topics.

“People can really indulge and learn about wellness practices and how they can apply them to their own lives,” said CHEST 2023 Scientific Program Committee Chair, Aneesa Das, MD, FCCP.

A team of expert practitioners will be on hand in the Pā Kalihi Courtyard (outside Room 301) to ensure attendees stay refreshed and energized, while some other sessions will take place in nearby areas.
