Quick guide to the convention center

Welcome to the Henry B. González Convention Center!

River Level

Beautiful views of the San Antonio River await you.

Street Level

This is the floor where you’ll likely enter the convention center.

Here you’ll find the location for Sunday and Monday’s Opening Sessions, the Lila Cockrell Theater, which is located near the West Lobby Entrance. You’ll also find the Exhibit Hall on this level, located in halls 4A & 4B, along with the Poster Hall. Each day the Exhibit Hall is open—Monday through Wednesday—you can treat yourself to complimentary lunch. Posters will be presented each day, from 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm on Monday and Tuesday, and 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Wednesday.

Meeting Level and Ballroom Level (200s and 300s)

Most sessions can be found on these two levels. If the session is in the 200s, go to the Meeting Level, and if it’s on the Ballroom Level, the session will be in the 300s. The Hemisfair Ballroom is also located on this level, where the Simulation Center is being housed. The Speaker Ready Room, Help Desk, and GAMEs can also be found on the Meeting Level.
