Nearly 7,000 registrants from around the world participated in the CHEST Annual Meeting 2020, held virtually from October 18-21. Over 4 days, attendees had access to more than 250 live and on-demand sessions featuring the most important and up-to-date clinical, basic, and translational science in chest medicine. The virtual experience also provided attendees the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, interact with world-renowned experts during live Q&As, learn via simulation, and play and compete in CHEST Games.
“We were not able to gather in person, but the CHEST 2020 virtual meeting was an amazing success,” said CHEST 2020 Program Chair Victor Test, MD, FCCP. “The program committee, in conjunction with CHEST staff and leadership and our incredible faculty, was able to adapt and create an immersive virtual experience with high quality education in a fun and interactive meeting that was everything we expect from the premier meeting in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. We expect it be a springboard to an even better CHEST 2021!”
As plans are already underway for CHEST 2021, there’s still time to catch up on anything you missed during CHEST 2020 — registered attendees have continued access to CHEST 2020 on-demand content until February 1, 2021. If you weren’t able to attend, you can purchase CHEST 2020 recorded content here.
